RE: No Government, No Corruption. Can a Country Run Itself with Just Code?

So suppose everyone voted for a bill to pass, or to build a school. Then where will all this fund be allocated? Even if it gets allocated to a body, what's the best probability of them being true to their duty? Even if it's all visible, who's gonna actually be the person to take the actions? Because Corruption is everywhere you can't really keep on changing each and every person. DAOs can be a perfect tool to make everything transparent but there's always something left behind.

Well good question. It's going to be exactly like the DHF of Hive. There's an account (smart contract) designed to send the money to the account of those responsible to carry out the task. What they do with the Money is also transactions that will be seen on the chain. Being true is not even in question because everyone can see what you're doing with the money since all transactions in a DAO nation will be in Blockchain it can be tracked.

Let's pretend Hive was running a country and HBD was payment system for all. Everything you do will be seen. Where you send the money will be seen.

Yes there's always something left behind but the idea that you can be seen is the reason people won't bother to take advantage.

For instance, if someone knows they can cheat the system to farm Hives, but they can only spend the cash in Hives, eventually the police will come for you because we can spot what you're doing, and take back all the funds you stole. Something like that !LOLZ
